Gateway to Morocco is made up of two mixed-use infrastructure development projects, comprising various themed components. It is envisioned to spread initially across two prime locations within the Kingdom of Morocco, namely Marrakech and Tangiers.

The development in Marrakech will cover 380 hectares, while the development in Tangier will cover 127 hectares.
